When choosing your sweet potatoes at the supermarket, make certain to pick potatoes that are of comparable size.
In this formula I utilized sweet potatoes that were around 1/2 pound each, totaling 2 pounds of sweet potatoes.
Keeping your potatoes a similar size guarantees the majority of the sweet potatoes cook at a comparable rate and are done in the meantime!
While these chicken stuffed sweet potatoes are now sans gluten and without dairy, there are a couple of things you can change to make them Paleo and Whole30, as well!
