- 1 Cup ,Shrimp,small size,cleaned,deveined

- 6 Cloves,Garlic,chopped
- Salt,as per need
- 1/2 tsp,Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Pack of Italian Seasoning Mix OR
- Homemade Italian Seasoning Mix:
- 1/2 tsp Oregano,dried
- 1/2 tsp,Basil,dried
- 1/2 tsp,Thyme,dried
- 1/2 tsp,Rosemary dried
- 1/2 tsp,Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp,Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp,Parsley,fresh
- 1/2 Cup,Parmesan,grated/powdered
- 1/4 Cup,Chicken Stock
- 4 oz, Linguine/Angel Hair Pasta
- 3 Tbsp,Butter
- 1 Tbsp,Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cook the pasta/linguine as per package instructions.
- Drain and keep aside.
- In a pan,add olive oil and chopped garlic,saute for few seconds.
- Add shrimp,salt,black pepper powder and Italian seasoning mix.
- Saute for a few seconds.
- Add the chicken stock and let it cook for a minute or two.
- Add butter to this and cook further.
- Add pasta,reduce the heat and add lemon juice,fresh parsley and toss well.
- Adjust salt and mix well.
- Serve immediately with lot of grated Parmesan.
