  • zest of 1 medium Lemon

  • Kosher Salt or Sea Salt , to taste
  • fresh cracked Black Pepper , to taste
  • (optional) red Chili Flakes

  • Heat large frying pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Cook garlic until fragrant and translucent.
