I was at my mother's home this end of the week when she was looking through her formula card cabinet looking for a particular formula. She glanced through the pastry segment (where it should be yet had zero karma discovering it) perusing off a wide range of yummy sounding titles as she went. In the wake of hearing a few of the formula names I began taking notes on a couple of I needed to attempt to share.
My beloved recollections caution went off when she read the name of this treat. This resembled the brilliant adaptation of a no prepare treat. It was one of those sweets that wasn't seen frequently, and when Mom made them it was a major ordeal. The sweetness of the corn syrup joined with the rich nutty spread and crunchy Corn Flakes makes for a truly thrilling and wonderful little treat. It resembled nothing I'd at any point had as a child. What's more, even now simply thinking about these infants causes my heart to do a little move.
Talking about Classic No Bake Cookies, I adore these No Bake Cookies from Tried and Tasty and what she does with them in the wake of scooping them onto wax paper! Simply take a gander at the shape! Have you at any point attempted a coconut form? These Coconut No Bake Cookies are truly outstanding!

- 1 c sugar
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 6 c Corn Flakes cereal
Instructions
- Begin by placing a large sheet of wax paper on the countertop. Pour the Corn Flakes in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat sugar and syrup on medium heat and stir frequently till the sugar dissolves. Be careful not to boil it. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
- Pour the sugar-syrup mixture over the Corn Flakes. Gently mix everything together until coated, being careful not to smash up the Corn Flakes.
- Drop Corn Flakes mixture by the spoonful onto wax paper. They will only take a few minutes to set. To store, cover in an air tight container and leave at room temperature or the refrigerator so they don’t melt. That would be tragic.
