This white hot cocoa formula is prepared in minutes, has less fixings than the powdered structure you can purchase in the store and can be kept warm or made totally in a stewing pot.
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounces high-quality white chocolate bars, chopped (or white chocolate chips)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk, heavy cream, white chocolate, and vanilla.
- Bring to simmer, stirring regularly, for about 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot (NOT boiling).
- Ladle into cups and top with whipped cream and sprinkles as desired. Serve immediately.
