Summer Breeze Cocktail #healthydrink #easyrecipe #cocktail #smoothie

Summer Breeze Cocktail is a simple mid year drink that will chill you on a sweltering day! A combination of a smoothie and a mixed drink, new cucumbers consolidate with limes, cilantro, mint and vodka at that point finished off with the bubbling of Prosecco to flavor up your day!

Summer may not formally have begun but rather, here in Florida, I would need to oppose this idea. The sweltering and radiant long periods of summer are as of now here, with temps during the 90s, and the requirement for cool and reviving beverages is on the highest priority on everybody's rundown.

Tomorrow I have a fabulous gathering of the Top 20 Summertime Drinks from a portion of your preferred bloggers to impart to you yet I needed to dismiss the gathering from ahead of schedule and present to you my most current creation today – the Summer Breeze. This wonderfully invigorating mixed drink is loaded with regular treats that, when tasted, pose a flavor like summer in a glass.

Regardless of whether you are not into squeezing or green smoothies you will even now cherish the crisp tasting and marginally minty kind of this beverage. Also the vodka and prosecco that put it over the top! Presently simply put every one of the treats in the blender.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cucumbers peeled and chopped (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 4 limes juiced
  • Couple dashes of salt
  • 1 cup vodka (use Tito's for gluten-free version)
  • 2 cups chilled prosecco champagne or seltzer
  • Garnish: additional slices of lime and cucumber

Directions

  1. Fill your Ninja blender (my all time favorite blender) with all ingredients except the prosecco, champagne or seltzer and garnishes. Blend well.
  2. Remove from blender and strain into large jar or bowl. Toss the pulp. Chill juice until ready to serve.
  3. Just prior to serving, add slices of limes and cucumbers, ice and chilled juice to a large pitcher. Pour in champagne or seltzer water and serve in glasses that are garnished with a slice of lime and cucumber.
